Investing in technology to help our customers

Preim is also investing in technology to make life easier for our customers, and in 2025 we will be introducing the Preim app. The App will be central to the future delivery of Preim’s customer experience. It will be downloadable on a smart phone, or accessed via a brand-new customer portal, which will replace our existing portal. It will enable residents to:

  • Make and track enquiries
  • Make payments online
  • See important information about your development
  • See news updates and get real-time alerts
  • See your account information
  • See events, services and promotions

The App will be accessible by owners and residents, with additional functionality afforded to owners, such as viewing their service charge and making payments. The App will be regularly updated, and will mean that residents can be sent instant notifications on their phone (like a breaking news alert) as well as general news items when they’re published. Naturally residents can customise the settings to their preferences. We will encourage all residents to sign up to the App as it allows for secure, fast and efficient delivery of information and documents.
